Shipping & Handling
All shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website based on the weight of your order. All delivery costs are based on UK mainland addresses only, extra charges may apply for outer lying areas of Scotland & Ireland, please e-mail us with your full postal address for delivery prices to these areas also for the heavier and bulkier items there will be extra delivery charges based on their weight or if the order needs to be delivered on a pallet. We use either Royal Mail or International Couriers for deliveries. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding English Bank Holidays), but due to volume of orders & time of year (Christmas etc) or how busy we are it may take up to 3 working days for your order to arrive. 75% of orders received by the 2pm cut off time using the courier service are delivered "Next Day". Both Royal Mail First Class Recorded Deliveries and Courier Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery, if there is no one to sign for it, it will held at either your local sorting office or your local Courier Depot (City-Link, DHL, DPD etc). If the items are not collected and have to be returned to PC-Tronics a £10.00 handling fee will be charged and goods will not be re-dispatched until this is paid (this fee covers the items being returned to us then re-dispatched).
All inkjet Cartridges are delivered FREE.
Any orders over £150 (£200 for N.Ireland) will be delivered free of charge, Southern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Channel islands are excluded from the free delivery offer due to additional delivery cost's. Please Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your address so we can provide accurate delivery cost's to these areas.
The free delivery offer does not apply to any large orders that need to be sent on a pallet. i.e. large orders of CD/DVD cases, as pallet deliveries incur additional charges.Please note when selecting Royal Mail as the delivery method, there is a 15 day period before any claims of "non-delivery" can be made. This is from the date of dispatch. This time period is imposed on us by Royal Mail & we cannot refund or replace your order until this period has elapsed. We will, of course, work with you to try & track down any late or missing deliveries.
